The products I sell through Scrap Bits are are licensed for Pro-Crafter and Pro-Designer use.

Below is a copy of the Terms Of Use policy distributed with my digi-art. Please read the conditions BEFORE you make your purchase. Your purchase of and use of these products indicates you have read and agree to the terms as stated below.

Created by: Gregory John (Greg-JA)These digital art files may be used for personal or commercial use as outlined below:

• They may be used by hobbyists and professional digital-art designers to create their own digital art products such as digital scrapbook papers, tubes, brushes, shapes, templates, and elements.
• They may be used by hobbyists and professional crafters to create their own handmade crafts such as scrapbooks, greeting cards or other paper based products.
• They may not be transferred or redistributed in their original format or only slightly changed and then redistributed. These digital art pieces may not be copied or recompiled into digital art collections of any sorts.
• All distribution of art created by using these digital art files must represent a new piece of art, completely different from the original.
• When a designer creates their own digital art using these art pieces, no credit to the original artist of this digital art file is required. So long as the newly created piece is a complete derivative from my original art.
